      Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with the adhesive on your mount! Before you apply the mount to your dash / windshield, please try rinsing off both your dash / windshield and the suction cup on the mount with water. This will ensure there is no residue or dust blocking suction, and you will be good to go. It is also possible that you have a dashboard texture that is not compatible with suction mounts. We offer a wide variety of alternative mounts which can be placed in your CD slot or the air vents in your vehicle if that works better for you.
