If you're having issues with the adhesive on your mount, make sure you clean the rubber off as well as clean off the dash in your vehicle to ensure there is no residue to prevent the adhesive from being effective. The port is loose inside and the cable just doesn’t stay in. But even when I tried the cable on another device in the house it does not charge, so it’s broken too.

Worst thing about this purchase is the ridiculous return policy of Best Buy - 16 days. Not customer friendly, especially if you are purchasing a gift and not to mention the current pandemic.

I would highly recommend placing the vent clips into the bottom-most vent bar in your vehicle's air vents, so that it is better supported and stays secure. Completely damaged my car!

Completely damaged the vents in my car AND it still won’t stay in there. (For reference for buyer beware, we have a 2019 Infiniti QX 60- do not purchase if looking for use in this vehicle!)

I would highly recommend placing the vent clips into the bottom-most vent bar so that the mount is supported at its base. This should secure the mount and prevent it from falling at all. Wireless phone charger/holder

Does not charge my iPhone XS Max even without it being in the case. Suction mount does not hold phone stable constantly coming off. Very flimsy. Not worth the money spent. I’m sure there are other mounts that a of better quality.

Never stayed stuck

One part was not in the box, and when I tried sticking it to the clean windshield it fell off an hour later. So I tried sticking it to the clean dash and it fell off again.
