I highly recommend cleaning off your dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with some water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. It's also possible that your dash is not compatible with a suction mount, I'd consider our other mount applications such as cup holder, CD Slot and Vent mounts. Make sure you rinse off the bottom of the mount and the dashboard with water in order to ensure there isn't any residue blocking suction. There's also a clamp on the back of the mount which you can lift up and then press down once you have the suction cup in place, which secures the mount further.
