I love that this one also has USB C- moving towards that universal charger. Charges at about the same speed as the others, nothing fantastic but keeps it charging while using maps.

A pop up on my phone say its losing charge faster then its charging. But I just reconnect it and it goes away. Other then that it's a really good device.

I would suggest cleaning off your dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. In case your dashboard is not compatible with suction mounts, please also consider Bracketron's other mount applications, such as cup holder, CD Slot and Vent mounts. Won’t stay put

It continually loosened and fell off. I tried the dash board attachment and it never adhered. Frustrated and disappointed.

For the vent clips, I'd recommend inserting the clips into the bottom-most vent bar in your vehicle's air vents. This should support the mount at its base and ensure stability. For the suction cup, I recommend rinsing off the dashboard / windshield as well as the suction cup with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. I've never really gotten mine to stay put, no matter what I try, and have given up and it sits in my cup well, sort of defeating the purpose.
