It is really difficult to change the mounting option as well.

Garbage Charger broke in less than 24 hours.

I had to purchase this while driving from my home to my sisters 4 hours away. It worked for the drive up. The next day the USB C port was loose and the provided cord just fell out. I haven't had the chance to return this as I have been ill for several weeks. There were 2 open and returned "Buy as Is" open box returns of this product. I ignored that giant red flag, and purchased anyway. Dreadful product, spend more money on a better wireless chargers.

Make sure you insert the vent clips all the way into the bottom-most vent bar, this should ensure the mount is supported at its base. Also, make sure to clean off your dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. Make sure you rinse off both your dash / windshield and the rubber suction cup on the mount with water before applying, to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. It is also possible that your dash is not compatible with a suction mount, based on its texture. We do offer several other ways to mount a device in your vehicle such as vent / CD slot mounts.
