Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry you had some trouble with the suction cup on the PwrUp Qi Magnet mount. I would suggest cleaning off your windshield as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. In case your dashboard is not compatible with suction mounts, please also consider Bracketron's other mount applications, such as cup holder, CD Slot and Vent mounts. Make sure you rinse off the suction cup on the mount with water, as well as the dashboard / windshield of your vehicle in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. Also, lift up the lever on the mount before applying, then clamp it down once the mount is secure (this secures suction). For further help, please reach out to tech@bracketron.com! It may help to clean the dash as well as the mount with water before mounting to the dash, so that any residue or dust is removed.
