Posted .Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with the Roadtripper VOICE. In order to eliminate static, tune your FM radio to a station that is not currently broadcasting audio (therefore, choose a station with a lot of static already). Then, once you tune your Roadtripper VOICE to that same station, the FM Transmitter will eliminate the static and provide a clear transmission. Be sure that you turn the gray knob on the transmitter clockwise in order to turn the volume all the way up. Also, I recommend turning the volume on your cell phone all the way up as well, in order to maximize audio clarity. As long as you leave your bluetooth on on your cell phone, the VOICE will automatically connect once you get in the car.
