Posted .Hi, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the Roadtripper VOICE. For static issues, we recommend using radio stations that do not have clear audio on them already (therefore, choose a station with a lot of static). Then, hold down one of the arrows on the transmitter, and once the LED numbers begin to flash, change the station on the transmitter with the arrows on the side, to match the station your radio is on. If you're having static issues, we recommend using radio stations that do not have clear audio on them already (therefore, choose a station with a lot of static). Then, hold down the red phone symbol on the transmitter, and once the LED numbers begin to flash, change the station on the transmitter with the arrows on the side, to match the station your radio is on. I’m returning this bc it has slot of static and I can’t change the station. Let’s see if Best Buy post this review. Past, they only post my positive reviews and not the negative. Best Buy needs to post all reviews.

Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you had some static issues with your Roadtripper VOICE. Using a station with no broadcast usually does the trick, so there may be another issue at play here. I'd highly recommend trying another Roadtripper VOICE or trying out our Roadtripper SOUND transmitter as well. This device is certainly able to play music without static so there may have been something defective about yours. The LED button is prone to be accidentally be activated if your car power port sits in a built-in box, like mines does. Then you'll have to cycle through all the colors to get it to turn off again, and conserve some car battery power. 2. It's unclear if this specific model is officially certified under Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0, though it does seem to charge my Kenu Airframe Wireless with no problems.
