The grips on thebstand that hold your phone are hard to move and stiff. It isnt good for big phones like the note 5 or the galaxy s8. They only good part is the easy clean and easy to reset base. Overally you could find a cheaper one that mught even be better anywhere else.

This broke quickly

Frankly, it was irritating from the first as you must ensure you place it on flat dashboard, no curves. You then pull up a plastic lever and when it’s in the right position push the lever down to ensure suction. The third time I used, the lever popped up and out - broken.

In my experience, many of these dashboard mounts are kind of cheap and only last a year at best, but 2 days is a new low.
