This holder has worked really well in my vehice and has made using my GPS much more convenient.

I really like the design and stability it provides my phone in the vent. Unfortunately, the little button on the side doesn't always pop back out so the ratchet won't lock when trying to secure the device the next time around. I found that I can pull the tab out so it can grip as expected.

I love this phone holder. My husband broke my 1st one and decided to get another to replace it because I like how sturdy it keep my phone. It does take a bit to get it set-up properly, but once you do & lock it, it works great.

My husband bought 3 different auto cell phone holder that all flopped around. I saw this one on the Best Buy web site and decided to try it. Holds my phone steady. Husband bought one for himself too. Four stars because the bottom flip holder covers the microphone on my model of phone.

I bought this because I am a Uber driver. It's excellent and it serves its purpose!

The holder is very sturdy and a good fit for my I-phone but unfortunately I had to return it. It was not a good fit for the car (Camry) due to the shape and location of the vents. I was sad to have to take it back and go with the one that suctions on the windshield.

Works as advertised. Easy to install. Mounted right up to vent. I like the pivot ball adjustment to get phone angle where I like it the best. Be careful not to overtighten it though. As the nut is plastic. Now it's just waiting to see how it holds up over time.

I was concerned when buying this that it might not support the weight of my iPhone 7 plus with an OtterBox defender case but it does so with no problem. It fits perfectly as well!

Has the right concept but the cheap materials/build already started to show in my first week of use; the spring/release feature in the arms is not working and I have to manually reset it every time so that there is actual pressure in the "squeeze" and it locks into place.

Workes great. No problem installing it in the car. Fits phone perfectly.

This product holds my phone well, but the button to release the grip doesn't really work. Not sure if mine is broken or if that's the design. Button stays stuck in after taking my phone out and I have to pull it back out before I can place my phone back in the holder.

Phone holder works as advertised. Wished the bottom portion was a little lower so the bigger phones don’t stick up so much. That’s the reason the rating is 4 and not a 5. But overall it seems to be a sturdy phone holder and works well.

This little thing was a bargain buy, works great. We have different size iPhones and it's adjustable!!

I love this mount. I use my GPS often and it really helps me see my device’s screen clearly while driving. My kids even use it in the passenger side to watch videos hands free.

It works well at holding phone, but unfortunately the clip doesn’t work in al car vents.
