The clip that slides over the vent has foam on it to protect your vents and create a secure hold. You can position this unit at any angle you want. The side grips hold your phone tight and i hit a lot of bumps. Liked it so much i bought a second one for my wife.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this works perfect on the 2 vehicles (4-Runner and Mazda 3) that I switch between; fits perfect in the a/c vent and is strong; can accommodate the IPhone 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with no problems. the design of the bottom brackets that supports the phone allows you to connect your power cable to charge the phone easily. great design and product overall.

I have used for over a month is it still working as intended and it has not broken apart either.

Holds my iPhone 7Plus with case just fine...

Works fine, zero problems. Save yourself some money and purchase the Bracketron...no need to buy the expensive products.

Device works well for me so far. There is a small flap at the bottom that flips out and helps hold the phone up
