This holder works well. It stays in the vent. I tried one that sticks onto the dash, & it fell over. This one works great. It's sturdy. I love the way the arms hold the phone in place.

The little buttons that release the phone get stuck every once in a while, but nothing a finger nail can't fix.

For $19.99 you receive a decent mount for your phone or GPS. My Motorola Moto X Pure fits perfectly into place. My only complain is the two clips that attach to the air vents on my car are not adjustable, I ended up breaking the air vents on my car using too much force placing the mount for the first time. BE AWARE of this when you place it in your car, be delicate or you also may end up braking a vent in your car.

I tend to be a little rough on these vent-mounted phone holders. This one has held up best of all brands I used including Scoche. I DO NOT recommend magnetic holders.

It does exactly what I wanted to do. My phone has never fallen out of it. And I have already recommended it to friends that are looking for one.

I bought a different phone holder that was magnetic, it didn't have strength to hold the phone after 1 month, lost it's magnetism or something. I went to Best Buy and purchased this one, doesn't require magnets, etc. works like a charm, fits my vents perfectly because it adjusts and doesn't slip and sag like my previous one. Great Investment and always love buying from Best Buy for their warranty!
