I eventually discovered how to do it by accident. I do wish it have USB plug inside for additional electronic devices.

This product will bring you the disappointment you have known as the Best Buy standard. Best Buy, where we say the best place to buy your subsequent disappointment. But it is easy to use.

Not for a large or hefty smartphone.

But I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra, which has some weight to it, and the holder and wand just can't handle it. Very disappointed. The bracket doesn't want to slip on the wand end. The only good features are that the cupholder is size-adjustable and the phone holder expands to accommodate my larger phone.

My work requires constant use of my phone, and driving. This stand makes work life much easier because stand allows the phone to prop up at nearly eye level, and i can still place a drink in the cup holder. Love it.

Not Happy with the Flex arm- Phone flopped

Easy enough to assemble and the cup holder part was fine, but the flex arm just drooped and there was no way to make it shorter. Returend for a refund
