It did not stick to either and it may be useless if I cannot figure out a way to make it stick where I want to put it. That said, the design was nice and compact, so I give it one star.

I the that with the adhesive and the lock that it would stay in place. It would also fall while I was driving and trying to look st my GPS. I tried, but this product didn't work for me.

Does not adhere to a rough dash or any for that matter. adhesive on the cup looses hold and once that occurs it will not stay in place. would not recommend this product.
