I did speak with a nice rep who reshipped it to me and didn't charge for the 2 day shipping. Outside of that this whole process was a waste. The item won't stay out on the window nor the dash and I have a Samsung j10 Android. It would just fall off with the phone not being attached.

Eventually it slid to the bottom of the windshield, leaving a kind of slug trail in its wake. And this is not Arizona, it's temperate southwest Washington...
