The side pads aren't big enough to fit it securely, so we have to take it out of the case to put it in the mount. The mount also falls off the window at times, and can damage the cell phone. I wouldn't buy this product again.

Well it doesn't it just falls off the dashboard the only surface it sticks to is glass. Don't waste your money

It didn't stick at all but it did stick to the windshield. It also doesn't hold the phone tight from the sides. Not what we wanted yet dealt with it.
