We enjoyed this on Halloween. Coppola borrows heavily from Nosferatu, so it was good that we had watched that a couple of days before on Netflix. I must say it was quite a bit longer than I cared for, but Coppola's incredible visual aesthetic kept me engaged.

A great love story and amazing acting, the first time I saw this movie , I was getting ready for a scary one but was taken to a different direction where the love of Dracula defined him more than his frightening side

One of my all time favorite movies, even if Keanu is just effing terrible in it. The gravitas of Gary Oldman outshines the crummy acting of Keanu and even Wynona Rider. The special effects are just amazing too.

First off, I'm not knocking the movie itself. Francis Coppola really did a good job in the movie's direction. I personally believe that the movie itself is worth watching. My main point however, is it's best to get this cheaper at the dvd price. With the technological capabilities of Blu-Ray, it does not make sense to digitally remaster a movie made in the early 90's. With todays standards of Hi-Def resolutions in modern movies that push special effects to a new limit, it was a wasted effort to recreate this movie on Blu-ray and display the outdated special effects during the movie's time. Bottomline, watch this movie on DVD and enjoy it for the plot, storyline, and its cast. This is not a movie you need to see in Hi-Def.

francis ford coppola's version of bram stolker's drakula is a long time favorite of mine. the feel of this film is very authentic with wonderful acting and a great plot twist. all of the cast is very convincing. please be a 2-disk.

Great classic from the 90s, must have for any dracula fan. I forgot how cheesy some of the special effects were and blu ray doesn't make them any less cheesy but nevertheless still a great movie and worth getting.

Film gives for the first time a different perspective into Dracula existence. The BluRay gives additional features that are essential to fans of this genre.

Got this together with The Fifth Element during the BOGO weekly deal and excited to revisit the remastered version on my mint Samsung js8500!

I thought the movie was great, but that's just me :) You need to see it yourself to determine if you like it or not.

Just finished reading Bram Stoker's original book, then watched this. Coppola took some liberties, and the movie has it's campy moments, but it's mostly true to the original story and is quite enjoyable.

Bu-ray is the wave of the future for video and sound, but someone dropped the ball with this translation. I honestly like the visuals on the regular DVD better. Alot of the scenes looked grainy and worse than they do on DVD. Sound is good, but that's about it. I expected so much more from this disc but was left with a slightly sour taste. If you have the DVD there's no reason to get the Blu-ray version. As far as the movie itself, I liked Bram Stoker's version of dracula. Acting was ok and Keanu Reeves is in it. Whether that's good or bad depends on if you like his acting style or not.

This superbit edition is great. Looks very good. The movie itself as you all know is great. There is also a good amount of extras. If you have the money and want this movie, this is the version too get.

These blu Rays remastered in 4K really look fantastic, specially when it's a great movie like this one!!!

This is a new Blu-ray that is heads above the old one. It is worth replacing the old one if you have it.

This was a very good movie in itself but do NOT compare it to the original 1931 version of Dracula, Gary Oldman is an amazing Dracula.

The original Blu-ray edition is excellent, but this is honestly a serious upgrade.

Bought it because remastered in 4K and of course it looks great.

Great atmosphere and nice plot twists. A must see for classic horror fans.
