I have been using the Braun BrewSense coffee maker for about 2 weeks and am loving the taste of my coffee. It is very easy to program and I have it scheduled to brew each morning. It comes with a water filter that seems to make the coffee taste better than my old machine. It has an option for 1-4 cup brewing which is nice because that is usually all I brew. This may contribute to the coffee tasting better too. I recommend this coffee maker! - This product has been put at my disposal for no compensation and in order to share my honest and unbiased opinion. Once I have completed my testing it will be returned to the manufacturer.

I love that it has a filter feature inside the water tank. I also love that I can set the temperature of the coffee before I brew it. Then I can pretty much drink my coffee right away and it isn't too hot. There is also a cool brew strength feature that I can get a nice bold brew going. I've never had that feature before and I feel like I've been able to use even less coffee than normal. The only problem I've had so far is figuring out how to set the timer to get it going first thing in the morning. First of all, I usually don’t write reviews, but rely on them before making purchases. I must confess I didn’t read any on this product. The good is, the coffeemaker makes good tasting coffee, but the bad is, every time I pour from the coffee carafe, it leaks out everywhere. The lip, where the coffee come out of the pot, is to wide. No one wants to clean the counter every time you pour a cup of coffee! Trust me, I have had many many coffeemakers in our 47 years of marriage, and this is the worst one I have ever had. Would love to return it!!! Would not recommend this product. Too many options on the market to settle for this one!

I was excited to try my new coffee maker, since we are avid coffee drinkers in our household. The design is ok, I like the option of your water softness. Other than that average coffee maker. The downside is the water holding reservoir is hard to see when pouring water in. Doesn't show cup level on outside. The coffe pot itself needs to be redesigned. Water spills when filling, and coffee spills when pouring in cups. Has happened to multiple people in my household. Also shuts off to quickly. Says you can program but shuts off after about 2 hrs. I'm going back to my previous coffee maker brand. I received this product to use for 4 weeks in return for my honest unbiased review. I'm not impressed.

Its just a little over 1 Years old and today pops a E01 error, call customer service. water heater is out. no parts online and I will throw is out before I pay for shipping and repart.

Great coffee pot easy to assemble & I can't put anything together. Keeps coffee very hot. I love the clock so I can wake up to a fresh pot every morning. We have always used a Bunn but this coffee pot makes coffee just as fast. My niece is getting married & I am going to get her one as a wedding present.

Brews excellent coffee. The controls are very intuitive and programming is easy and quick. The "fit and finish" is great, the product seems to be very well made and is comprised of high quality materials.

The first Braun coffee maker we had lasted for over 20 years. So of course when it died, Braun was the brand to replace it with. Today, Christmas Day 2019, the new one died after less than 3 months of use. So take from that what you will.
