One of the greatest films ever made, and seeing it in 4k is priceless. This is the best the film has EVER looked. I don't care how many times I watch this movie, I still feel every single emotion. The steelbook is beautiful and the picture quality is gorgeous. If you're a fan of this movie, it's a no brainer!

Historical inaccuracies (and the serious issues in Gibson's personal life) aside, this is an excellent movie that is still a great watch today. Be advised that there is film grain which 4K obviously does not get rid of. While it lacks the HDR pop of some modern films, the colors are excellent and it's definitely a worthwhile purchase if you don't already own a bluray copy.

One of the best films of its time. Braveheart is a must own on whatever format suits you , but the best two that exist are this 4K Ultra Blu-Ray and the more affordable standard Blu-Ray. The 4K Ultra is flawless and one of my favorite films that i own in my 4K Ultra collection.

Great movie. 4K video with Dolby Atmos sound is incredible.

Excellent historical movie. Mel Gibson (also the director) is great as William Wallace. So is Sophie Marceau as the Princess and Patrick McGoohan as King Edward I. I have only watched the Blu-ray and had no trouble downloading the digital copy.

This movie is one of the best of Mel Gibson he ever done as a actor now is Directing movies and making really good movies like no one before, great story about this boy that then became a man and then a warrior and then a Hero an example to be follow how to fight for your FREEDOM here ,now and forever!

Very good 4K native resolution UHD blu ray of Braveheart. Nice HDR color saturation throughout the movie and the Dolby ATMOS audio was a dynamic up grade from the previous STD blu ray version. The restored blu-ray was like seeing this great film again for the first time. Highly recommended.

Glad to see movies like this remaid in 4k quality.

There is not a lot to be said about this film that everyone doesn’t already know.The film looks wonderful on 4K.The sound is excellent.One of Mel Gibsons best movies.Just buy it.You won’t regret it:)

This is a wonderful historical( if even somewhat inaccuate) adventure starring and directed by Mel Gibson. This one is no doubt a classic. And boy does it look pretty on UHD. If you are slightly on the fence about a potential upgrade, put a pin in it, go get it!

I've loved this movie since it came out, I remember watching it in theaters which I was probably too young for but have loved ever since. Watching in 4k hdr has brought new life to the movie for me. Love it.

One of my favorite movies. Have watched it many times. Heart wrenching and inspiring. Excellent story. What sticks out to me is the directors take on each scene and dynamic cinematography, the stag hunting scene is an instant classic. The battle scenes are almost poetic in their brutality (going where only "Game of Thrones" does now).

This movie was purchased as an addition to my collection, under the classics. This is a hunting story that takes place during a very historic period of time -- but the classic warrior story... Mel Gibson does an incredible job of portraying the wounded, seeking revenge. The location is breathtaking and adds to the movie's allure. This is a story I can watch over and again...

I consider Braveheart one of the greatest films ever made. Everything from the story, characters and soundtrack are PHENOMENAL! The 4K version is a little grainy at times but I expected that considering that it wasn't originally shot in 4K. It still looks AMAZING on my LG OLED and I highly recommend it on 4K! ENJOY!!!

I watched this movie when it first came out a while ago when it was on Pay-Per-View. It was a long movie, but didn't seem that long as I was so engrossed in the story. I've always wanted to get this DVD or Blu-Ray, but never did until I saw this in Best Buy for a very reasonable price. I'm not disappointed in my purchase at all and am glad I found it.
