Hands down the best wireless portable/rugged/weatherproof speaker you can buy for PERIOD!!! Yes some may sound a tiny bit better...but they are not rugged/weatherproof!! Also they CANNOT charge your cell/tablet etc!!! And they cost $100-$150 MORE!!!!

We were torn between this or the BOSE after listening to the braven we didn't see a difference other than this one we can take outside and was easier to travel with. Would recommend to anyone.

Speaker sounds great and is very durable. Couldn't get it to charge iPhone and it doesn't hold as good of a charge as advertised.

Great speaker, perfect size for carrying, great bass and clear sound, a must buy especially more than half of the price on sale...

Bought this Bluetooth speaker for the beach. Good sound, adequate volume, and nice bass punch for size. Good battery life as well

I bought this for a friend to listen to his music when out and about. This is the brand/speaker he asked for so that is the reason I bought it. Sound is good, clear and you can hear everything the way it was supposed to be.

great sound. not too much base or too much treble. clearer then the Beat Pill and JVC I have. Would be great if it came in another color then grey!!!

I purchased this product specifically to use pool side, and was directed to it by the sales associate, and away from more expensive, but less sturdy, devices. It was easy to start to use, works great, and is easily portable.

It sounds nice bought it for work only wish the sound was louder it's a lot of noise at my job so it's hard to here it some times but it is great for home use

I bought this to take on fishing trips. Extremely rugged and waterproof. I have used it in a downpour and it suffered no damage. Also used it on my boat. Bounced it all over the place and not one problem. Love it!

So far so good. took it to the beach and the sound held up against the crashing waves. Like the fact that it is weatherproof so dropping it in the sand was no problem. Price from black Friday sale was even better.

We use this radio for kayaking and it works great. We have gotten it wet from paddling and it is still in great condition. It has great battery life and I have even used it to charge my phone while kayaking before.

I am really impressed with this model by Braven. I wish I could give it 5 stars but like anything else there's always room for improvment. However, the clarity & bass are impressive - test it out!

i was looking for a speaker that i can use in the bathroom so i could listen to music through my phone while i took a shower. I wanted something that was loud enough where i could hear it over the running water. Not only does it deliver in that department. It is also waterproof, not splash resist like other speaker. This thing is WATERPROOF. I threw it in our pool and let it float(kinda) in the water while i swam around. back to topic, not only that it is loud enough, i can bring it in the shower with me and have the music playing right there with me, instead of outside the door.

This little speaker packs a punch. Would by more Braven products, like this, in the future.

Better sound then some of its over priced branded counterparts. Rugged, durable, loud and great, great bass.

Bought speaker as gift for spouse. She loves it. It works well to just have music in an area of the house where our other speakers are not or to use for accompanent music when playing instruments.

It's very durable and is a good size but it's not very loud.

Haven't dropped it in 6 ft water yet, but I really like the sound quality and how easy it was to setup to my android bluetooth phone. I highly reccoment it and would deffintely buy another one...
