I would say it’s sorta difficult to change the cups from 1 shot to 2 shots at times so it might be worth investing in a second handle if you prefer 3 shots of espresso in your coffee like my wife does. Side note: the hot water option is perfect for making insta ramen!

You have to experiment a bit more to extract a better shot. The large version of this product has bars to understand pressure - I would not say this is a product for a beginner

I bought this for a second location hoping it would be good. It is grossly under powered and very plastic. The reviews were good and so i bought it. I am not happy with the performance of the machine. It very inconsistent in making espressos.

Would be really nice to be able to make the water a degree or two hotter to better extract light roasts But overall, I am extremely happy with the machine Have put close to 25 pounds of coffee through the smart grinder pro and this with no issues

Everything feels cheaply made, my previous low end machine made just as good a cup but only cost 50.00 and is still working and feels better made than this

Unfortunately, I’ve not made a good cup since. I grind my beans with the Breville smart grinder pro, which I love and is supposed to be ideal for espresso, but it hasn’t gotten me any closer to success. Instead, I’ve wasted a lot of time and expensive beans tinkering around (adjusting grind, making, dumping, cleaning, googling, etc). All this experimentation would be fine if I was a purist/hobbyist, but I really just want a consistently good cup to power my day. I give up and this is going back.

It is easy to use and it makes the espresso fast also it gets the milk hot fast too
