Sleek machine with some flaws

There has been some inconsistency with the temperature control where there is no foam being produced. As for the extraction, not sure why, the last several days the extraction went from 24 seconds to 17 seconds, no settings were changed. The machine is sleek and love the automated process. Besides these technical issues, the machine has changed my coffee taste buds and can't go a day without drinking coffee!

We s saw the promo for $200 off and jumped on it. The machine is fantastic it takes all the guess work out it’s a dream come true for an espresso newbie. We love it and use it every day. It’s very consistent with pulling shots as long as you use freshly roasted beans we have a subscription with bottomless. Making our own drinks at home is now a reality and for much less than Starbucks. You won’t regret buying it and you will save money in the long run.

Great Machine With a Few Minor Quirks.

The autofroth feature is the easiest I've ever tried. I love the machine, but I did have to return the first one and get a second because the first one didn't work well. The second one still has problems telling me when I'm out of beans, so I had to turn off that function, which is a shame. However, I still wouldn't give up this awesome machine over a few minor problems. Even my 12-year-old daughter can make her own lattes now!

That said, there is still a learning curve and good PM is a must. The highlight of my morning is a great cup of espresso.
