Amazing machine! Settings super easy and coffee it makes is soooo delicious. At first glance it is expensive, but so convenient and special to get a perfect cup of coffee first thing in the morning in my own home, drinking from a real coffee mug. Best Buy was very easy to work with, had a piece missing from machine and Best Buy made exchange seemless.

This machine is wonderful. It is a touch expensive but I would purchase again. Bought for my wife whom loves her coffee! Machine is very well built and looks professional. My wife made a few test runs and now she has it dialed in. The cappuccino she makes for me is better and more consistent than our local coffee shop. The only negative I have is how loud the grinder is, but it's a grinder right? Overall this is a great product!

Received for Christmas and have enjoyed. Really easy to use. Do set some time for setup. You’ll want to ready the instruction detail and not rush. They are very helpful.

This espresso machine engineering is superb. Dosing new beans is done without expensive tools and wasting time and precious coffee beans. It knows how to make all types of drinks and take guessing out of the making drinks. I even use it to warm up my almond milk to perfection. It’s worth every penny i spent on buying this machine. Can’t go weong with this.

Amazing upgrade from my Breville Barista Express and Breville Barista Touch. I want to install this model in all of my offices. This model is so much easier to keep clean and clean. it is also a huge time saver with all of the saved settings. It also makes it easier to perfect the brew.

Easy to use if you do not know what you are doing! Quality espresso but a tedious task to make and then clean at 6 AM!

Wow!! Just an amazing product. Dont get me wrong, it does what its supposed to but ive had this for a few months now and hasnt given me any issues. Gotta work a bit to make great coffee though. Once you get the hang of it, its a breeze and alot of auto options for you

I agonized over this purchase, but I am very happy. It’s easy to use and the quality of the drinks are fantastic. The machine is high quality and looks great on the counter. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to turn the temperature up. I make cafe americanos mostly and I would enjoy them a little warmer.

We’ve gone through 4 espresso machines, and I can proudly say that this is the one. As a former barista I absolutely love the manual feature for the milk frother, as well as the non-dairy milk settings as well. The machine was soooo easy to set up.

Some functionality that was in the previous models are miasing from this model, like adjusting the dosing based on the time and the seconds. It feels limiting in its use and even the Temp adjustments are not numbered but it just goes from low to high without knowing what is the actual temp

I’m glad i waited as the Oracle Touch was a staggering $3K, and yet it was an older generation of Breville espresso machines. Having a machine learn to grind, measure, tamp, and extract at the right speed results in a consistent cup everytime. The jet system gets the water hot in seconds. Cleanup is easy.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. This expresso Machine is so easy to assemble and the instructions are very easy to follow. The manual for this machine is very precise and easy to follow. The best park is how great the coffee taste. I don't regret buying this machine.

Over all great espresso machine, that takes away all the thinking of properly executing the perfect shot of espresso. Very easy, and virtually dummy proof. The closest thing to being a super automatic espresso machine, while still giving you the ability to be your own barista. The only downfall is that’s it’s kinda pricey.

Overall it’s an okay machine. It’s not as nice as I thought it would be, some parts of the machine are made with plastic and it’s beyond me. The quality of it is not worth the price I paid.

There are no words to express how satisfied I am with this product, I wish I had it but I never thought it would exceed my expectations. Super happy with my new acquisition.
