I love my coffee machine. Absolutely worth buying.

Full disclosure I have returned this model. My rating is based on the fact that an advertised feature (cold extraction) is not available on all machines. According to Breville Support the only way to find out if the machine you purchase has this feature is to unbox, set up, and check the drinks list. They recommended that I go with the Oracle Jet machine, which is double the cost of this unit on sale. I did use the unit for a week or so and I found the grinds to be inconsistent causing the drinks to vary from shot to shot. I know there is a burr break-in period, but I figured after a long weekend (Thanksgiving weekend) I would be able to expect the type of shot that would come out. On the plus side, the machine is sturdy, easy to clean, and seems well built. I would have enjoyed to have it as part of my kitchen for years to come but it didn't deliver on what it promised.

Have.used it now for eight months and it’s perhaps my most used appliance. Beautifully designed and flawless performance. Had many other espresso machines, Best One!

We love our new expresso machine looks and works great and pretty smart it remembers what you mad last so you can remake it again and tells me when running to fast brewing or to slowly brewing and the grind should be smaller or larger.

Love this machine. Only quibble would be that if recommends, based on speed of brew whether you should decrease or increase grind size. And it usually doesn't help. But everything is intuitive and love the output

Great machine! Went from a nespresso to this. Wiah i just skipped the nespresso. Gives me way to much confidence. Makes me feel like one of those guys on reels with 20k of equipment to making those beautiful shots of esspresso.

I live this espresso maker! There only reason I give 4 stars is because when I calibrate it for a specific coffee bean, I sometimes get errors or too slow or to fast even though I haven't changed the beans. Overall that's nit picking because it's been great for my oat milk lattes. Makes coffee shop quality coffee!

Makes really good tasting coffee with an endless variety of types to choose from rather easily. However there is a learning curve and touch screen instructions not as intuitive as they should be for 2024.

Amazing machine, it’s really easy to work with and the quality is excellent. Price wise I believe it has been set a bit high if it wasn’t Best Buy offer I was thinking twice before buying it .

Bought this as my first espresso machine EVER and it made it so easy to learn how to make my own coffee at home. It did take a little tweaking and a small learning curve but I absolutely love it now

Best and the most simple expreso machine that you could buy. It has built-in coffee recipes which makes you look like a real Barista expert. Would recommend to anyone and the price is all worth it.
