Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful and great features, however, the coffee just doesn't come out hot enough, especially when making a latte or other milk infused drink. I boiled a pot of hot water to preheat my coffee cup, the portafilter, filter and milk jug which helped, but the latte's still were only hot for a few sips. The side arm puck press is a great feature and way less messy than hand pressing the puck, but auto indicator for puck height did not always work. And lastly, the grinder started getting jammed within a week.

The latest version includes cold extraction for cold brew. The one I received was manufactured in 2024. Best Buy just seems to be trying to get rid of the old versions. Returning and purchasing directly from Breville. We shouldn’t have to pay the same price for an outdated machine. Be sure to check your firmware version if you decide to purchase.

Now new one doesn’t work right either. Never grinds enough so have to tamp and grind several times which causes too dense in the portafilter and no product comes out. Took hours of calls/hangups just to get sent a new one and now the grinder doesn’t work when trying to set it up. Just give me a Keurig….

This doesnr press correctly and jams all the time. Save yourself $600 and buy the cheaper $1000 machine that i do own as well and its way better
