    Worst purchase. After 5 uses and a gift for my wife's birthday the unit doesnt work and im going through the warranty process with manufacturer. Their service is bad so I wont buy any future products from them. This was an expensive purchase to just stop working. It wont turn on at all like its defective. We only made 3 cups of espresso so far....

    Nice machine but its lifespan is like a butterfly

    I bought it less than a year ago, regularly changed the filter, did the cycles on time, always used high-quality bottled water, but it suddenly stopped and won't turn on anymore.Maybe it will be repaired under warranty, but it's sad and disappointing that it became unusable in such a short time.

    not good Because it doesn't clean well. Stamping works well, but it doesn't seem to grind coffee beans well.

    i had 3 machines and they all had issues (2 from bb and one exchange from breville). i wasted more beans trying to dial in the perfect espresso. start at 15, go to 17, down to 13 back to 16. wasted almost a bag of beans every time i switched. i will say that breville support started out great. trouble shot with a guy named victor. unfortunately victor just vanished. doesnt return emails or calls. he musta of been fired for doing a good job. none the less i returned this and will look at other brands. i should of known because a breville microwave i have is also a piece of junk.

    Would rate this 0 stars if possible. Purchased this at the end of the year with high hopes. Worked good for the 1st couple of week, but since then nothing but problems. What makes it worse is the cost, for that amount you would expect for the machine to work and be consistent. We've pretty much given up on making our espressos. Over 75% of the time no water comes out, the other 25% the pour is very inconsistent. I've filed a warranty claim, but have not heard back. Too bad we can't get our money back. Buyer beware.

    It doesn't work properly, its always wrong with the dose and then it suggests to change grind size. The technology just isn't quite there yet. After a whole bag of beans trying to dial it in, it still gets it wrong. Not worth it

    I purchased this machine to make my coffee experience easier but this machine is giving me troubles so far (maybe my mashine is defective), its passed return policy 14 days so i cant return or replace it but biggest issues that my machine has is that when my hopper is fulll of coffee beans and when i starting to grind my coffee the machine tells me that my hopper is empty it does that every time, but when i did a test and run the grinder all the way to empty hopper nothing is happening and mashine is still grinding without any beans of coffee and it is frustrating every day. So now im stock with expensive machine that doesn't works properly, but overall the coffee taste good and the froth work ok.

    Purchased in September broke in November screen flickers in and out. Getting it replaced only used it for a month In a vacation home

    Completed ! Based on manual it was not working correctly i bought 2 and both of them after 5 days stopped working

    the machine will stop randomly while frothing. Customer service says its a manufacturing issue. Best Buy will not take it back. Send it back to Breville!

    BEST Breville Yet!

    I have a large family that lives on espressos. With so many of my kids in college, I’ve been sending my Brevilles with each child when they go. I’ve owned literally every Breville espresso machine they’ve made, and this is my favorite this far and definitely worth the money.

    Impressed by the Touch Impress

    We've been wanting a Breville espresso machine for a while and have been saving for the Oracle Touch. However, this model I think is the much better buy since it includes the tamp lever, automatic frother, and touch screen for a cheaper price! Sure it doesn't have the double boiler, but the heating technology is fantastic and can heat your milk immediately after pulling your shot. Also extremely easy and intuitive to use. Save the $$$ and get this model instead. Drinks come together very fast and you can do consecutive ones in a short amount of time if entertaining. We'll see about durability, but I'm not too worried since it's a Breville product.

    This coffee machine makes better coffee than Starbucks. I make coffee more than twice a day. I haven't been to Starbucks in weeks. The machine is easy to operate. It does have a learning curve though. Once you get it down pat you'll be drinking the best coffee.
