I love this coffee machine , I recommend it one hundred percent

This machine lasted 2 days at home: the water reservoir started to drip right away. I read many reviews and saw that this was a very common occurrence. Some people have even exchanged the machine multiple times. That was reason number one for returning it. The second reason: the design of this machine is flat out stupid. Take the used capsule container as an example: it does not drain. So now you have a lot of liquid on a place that should only store used pods. Even the $40 DeLonghi Nespresso has this thought out. Then the support tray for small cups: you would think that the drops from the coffee spout will go right through to the bigger drip tray. Nope, they just stay there, making the machine even messier. And the third reason: the materials are not worth $600 for sure. It's all cheap chromed plastic, which makes you feel like you were taken for a ride. After I returned this machine I got the DeLonghi Latissima Pro instead: I highly recommend that machine. While not as customizable, it feels sturdy and the design is on point. So long Breville: just stick to your waffle makers and leave coffee for serious companies.

Solid Machine. Draws a lot of power causing light flickering.

I bought it to make frothed milk for my chai teas. It does that just fine. Based on that I am sure it does everything else just fine as well.

Good for making quick esspressos on the go. Does the milk well too. Found my self not using all the the features because i prefer ice drinks.

This is my first and last espresso maker. Easy and very functionable.

Broken. Had to call nesspresso and organize for them to repair the machine or give me a new one. I’m not sure yet as I’m waiting. This was a Christmas present and we havnt been able to use it for past several weeks. Oh and it’s only 1/20/24. Sucks. Expensive for nothing,

Does what it says it does and makes espressos drinks a breeze

My wife loves this. It was the perfect gift and makes my days much better when she starts of with a cup from her Nespresso.

Love the fact that the different kinds of coffee, taste amazing. The coffee is creaming tasting and it stays hot !

The machine itself is OK but the price of pods adds up real quick. Not a good cost / quality of espresso / convenience ratio.

Was working well until descaling, and now it is stuck in descaling, at 6 in the morning I have to change buckets of water instead of drinking coffee

Very hard to use, coffee tastes like a spill after used coffee - terrible taste! Tried for 4 days using different coffee brands: Starbucks dark roast, Peet’s coffee and other brands- no difference! barely warm tasteless brown water! It’s not 15 bars, it’s actually 8 bars!

HORRIBLE! Bought for Christmas. Just opened two days ago and already doesn't work. Called Best Buy and they won't honor a return. Sad!!!

This Breville Machine is excellent. I use it everyday, I've own it for over two years. I just purchased another machine for a friend.
