The top of the product does get very hot and with this cutting boad in place, not only are you protecting your upper cabinets, but you are preventing burns and allowing for a surface to place what you take out of the oven.

Best Buy doesn’t carry the board for the Breville 900. I needed to go to the Breville website to order the correct size.
