Posted .Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning. CLEANING YOUR FILTER BASKET https://youtu.be/UhkQHHXEjrA JUICER FAQ’S https://youtu.be/HNqX7aB27F4 If it's not, or if the filter basket is too old (lifespan is 9-12 months), it will simply need to be replaced. Over priced and loud for what it does.

I wish I would've purchased a higher grace juicer. Called customer service and the piece wasn't covered under warranty so they shipped me a piece but it was the wrong piece.

It didn’t matter what I did to keep the strainer clean, scrubbed after every use and put in dishwasher. This machine was a waste of $200.

It cant handle apples, leaves them sliced. Turns strawberries, blueberries and grapes to an applesauce consistency. Save your money
