This Breville Juicer is all Plastic:(

I bought this believing it was similar to my old Breville Juicer, It was not! It is plastic, except for the blade everything is plastic, having use plastic juicers in the past I experience bits of plastic ending up in my juice, I wanted and expected a stainless steel machine, not a plastic one. I juice nearly everyday so I need a power house juicer, after a week of use I could already see the plastic was degrading. I hope to exchange this for the next better model that claims to be stainless. My old breville was so much better.

I'm writing this review on 7/22/23. The juicer broke. I purchased this on November 2020, and used it not that often, but when I do, I had some heavy load of veggies juiced. I guess small appliances are meant to last 2-3 years.

Not completely what i expected from something so costly. The pulp is very wet once finished juicing. I can put in two whole cucumbers a a couple apples some spinich and celery and i will get less than 10 ounces of juice Very disappointing

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning.

If it's not, or if the filter basket is too old (lifespan is 9-12 months), it will simply need to be replaced. Should questions come up or the issue persist, please feel free to send us an email to askus@brevilleusa.com or call us at 866-273-8455. We'll be happy to help you from there. brevilleusa

Most of the time when someone says their juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The natural lifetime of a Nutridisk is 9-12 months, depending on use. Every cleaning, you'll want to make sure you can see clearly through the basket. If not, you'll want to do a deep cleaning. If after doing this cleaning, you can't see clearly through the disk as shown in the video, then your next step would be replace the Nutridisk. brevilleusa

    Doesn’t juice bananas or blueberries

Returning this...it doesn’t juice well at all. Waisted so much food, it will not juice parsley, banana, or blueberries. It will juice cucumber, spinach and kale. Out of that recipe, it tasted lake crap since the fruits would not juice. VERY aggravated!
