good first juicer

It handles firm veggies and fruits very well (e.g., beets, crisp apples), but softer fruits and veggies are not completely juiced on the first pass. The juicer does not handle leafy greens well at all. I have taken the pulp and passed it through the juicer a second time and then placed the pulp in a fine strainer (or nut butter bag) to extract more juice from the pulp. It's mildly annoying, but very effective.

Would recommend it for anyone looking into making their own juices at home. We have previously owned a different model that required more work for juicing. As in we had to peel and core the fruit. With this model we just throw it all in and it does the work for us. Definite time savor and encourages us to use it more.
