    The juicer works perfectly, however, when in use on the highest level it tends to drop to lower levels without your actions.

      Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Regarding any wet pulp, please make sure that the filter basket is clean (you should be able to see through the entire mesh section).     I did not like it. I had to return this item because it was a pain to clean it

    It is still in the box so not sure what to say. It is for use in our new home. We like the brand and hope it will be good.

    Ok, so it definitely shorted our juicing time. (We have an Omega Juicer that takes forever.) But, when we opened up the juicer after juicing the pulp still had so much juice in it. We weren't getting as much juice as we should have been. A good amount be was being disposed with the pulp. We weren't very pleased with that especially with the price and returned it.

    Great juicer minus the foam!

    I liked the ease of using this juicer I just did not like that It had a lot of foam once the juicing process began. I also didnt like that pieces of the fruits/veggies made its way out the trash container. Some of the fruits/veggies came out the the trash chute still whole and untouched by the blades. Still a great juicer with lots of power.

    It’s an ok juicer , it’s really loud and some of the juice does stay inside the juicer so you don’t get it all in the jug id return it if I had the receipt

    I returned it for several reasone. It takes up too much cabinet space and jusices too much juice behind. The pulp was too wet. That's money on the table and not worth my time.
