Some lasted longer than others, but none were user-serviceable, so once they broke, that was it. You might think that the price tag is a little steep, but the options you're getting, both with the hardware and adjustability & settings, you're getting your money's worth. You can fully disassemble it, clean it, replace broken/worn down parts and THAT is what sold me on this grinder.

Can be a bit fiddly to dial in for espresso due to the internal manual adjustment but eventually works fine. I have 2, 1 for regular and one for decaf.
