Impeller (internal part) wears out and it will not push grinds out. Wish I could buy replacement parts, but it's a super built in part. 3 stars for durability concerns. Otherwise, 5 all around.

Bought in April. No longer working in June.

I cleaned it out per the instructions but the jamming kept happening, to the point where it no longer works at all. Junk.

Grinds Well, But a Mess

I like a lot about it, but the pull-out grind bin design is seriously lacking. It’s impossible to remove the bin and to transfer freshly ground coffee to your filter without making a big mess. The bin is designed to slide in and out of the grinder base. When you do, ground coffee will cover your countertop. It’s poorly designed and I will unfortunately I need to return this item.
