The only complaint is that it is hard to clean the burrs and grinds tend to go everywhere even with portafilter in holder.

I've probably ground about 10-15 pounds of coffee through it, and that just simply doesn't justify the high cost of this grinder. I did love the device while it lasted, and I'm currently trying to get it serviced with their warranty.
