This is an excellent countertop oven. Pizza is superbly cooked. Large enough to accommodate a baking dish of scalloped potatoes or a full size pie dish. Cleanup is easy.

Bought because regular oven went belly up. My son cooked Christmas Eve dinner using the new oven. Wow! 4 Cornish game hens, 4 types of veggies & potatoes. It turned out great - perfectly cooked. $$$ well spent.

I purchased this oven and I use it for just about everything. I make rice in it and it comes out perfect every time. I reheat leftovers to like I bought them. It’s an awesome and versatile tool.

Id have given it five stars except the convection fan doesnt last long, and its buried so deeply in the unit, you cant get it out to replace. Othet than that, this has to be the most amazing toaster oven I’ve ever seen. We’ve used it daily for almosr four years.

Since purchasing, I have used it from anything to pizza to reheating leftovers. I don't think I've turned my oven on since buying. It does a great job of of evenly cooking the pizza all the way through.

Watch out for door hinges. I've had two Breville convection ovens and BOTH had this door problem. When the door hinges break, it just bangs down on your countertop! Rather scary.

Large capacity, many heating temperature options, has replaced using the oven for heating and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. excellent purchase.

I was looking for this oven for quite some time. as This is expansive. But worth every penny. loved it. does excellent work.

Like many other reviews we have read about this oven, the convection fan stopped working with no way to repair or replace after 15 months. The oven still bakes, broils, & toast; however, with out the convection feature you lose the benefit of even cooking. For just under $300 we would expect a much longer life span. We will definitely not be purchasing another Breville product. We would highly recommend NOT purchasing this or any product from Breville.

This is a cautionary note to everyone about how Breville operates. You have been warned. If you have ANY problems with the unit (minor malfunctions, breakage, etc.), you will be forced to pay more than your unit is worth to ship it to them and back for servicing, (plus the cost/hassle of finding a large shipping box). To the point, Breville does not provide ANY spare parts for purchase. Zero. We requested 4 glass/ceramic heating element covers, (all had shattered during shipping) and Breville's Customer "Support" reps (Michelle and Renee) informed no parts are available and that we must ship the unit for repairs ($100-$150 each way). The other option they gave? A 30% discount off a new unit. Imagine if car companies operated like this? Bottom line, Breville's business model appears to be "use until broken, throw away, and buy another one." Caveat emptor everyone ....
