My girlfriend is a huge baker. Living in rental apartments and moving from place to place it was difficult to get a feel for each apartments moisture levels and temperatures. This Breville's proof function is truly professional. You can regulate perfectly the levels you wish to achieve. Awesome oven.

Not cheap, but the quality and versatility of this oven makes it a bargain. Breville products have a look and feel that is unmatched. The high capacity air fryer function and the ability to accomodate a 13' pizza stone seal the deal.

I purchased this countertop oven to replace a Breville I bought in 2005. This oven is very similar to my original, but a whole lot more. I haven’t had time to use the dehydrate and air fryer modes because I was on vacation soon after buying it, but I am looking forward to trying them. Breville makes a great product and I anticipate having it for 16 years like my first one.

I have stopped using my range oven because I love these so much. I have two, and keep one in my kitchen, and one in my outdoor cooking patio. The outdoor one is used most during the summer so that we don’t get any additional heat, and so that we can cook foods that create strong smells. All of the settings produce fantastic results. I’ll never buy any other brand!

I can't say enough good things about this unit. It's been reliable, easy to use even for those who don't cook. I've been stuck home like many this year and this has stood up used on a daily basis, easy to switch from chicken to bagels I would take this over a microwave any day. I would also suggest trying to purchase this on sale as it is more expensive than other units but again worth it.

This convection oven/air fryer is superb. Handles so many types of meals.

Bought this oven for the air fry option. It is so convenient to have an oven that does it all! Toast, bake, broil, roast and air fry, so far. Best crispy wings and so easy. Now I don’t have to heat up my whole kitchen whenever we want dinner or a snack. Bought optional 3 mesh air fry racks from Breville and can make huge amounts of wings or dehydrate fruit. Great product.

This oven Cooks!! Literally it seems to cook food faster and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. The air fryer works quite well (even if you overload the tray a little ) My wife and I haven't hardly used our regular big oven since we bought this Breville Oven and now that we have two air fryers (we had a smaller one before we purchased the Breville ) we can make Fish and Fries at the same time and they are both Hot, instead of cooking one at a time.

Love using this oven! Since we live in Florida, it’s nice to have this compact oven to use instead of powering up my big oven. It reheats foods great and the convection baking is very accurate. I have baked muffins in this and every muffin turned out perfect. I haven’t used the air fryer feature yet but look forward to trying it out soon. I previously owned a Breville convection oven and this upgraded model certainly does not disappoint.

So far I have only baked Chistmas sugar cookies. I purchased the oven to use when I didn't want to use my larger oven.

Best oven! Been a fan of Breville ovens for many years and finally upgraded to the larger oven. Great features and sized to fit 13x9 pans and even a bit larger. Did not want the Smart features, so this model is perfect for me.

Was searching for the "perfect" toaster oven, one that could perform many functions and after doing online research and recommendations from others decided on the Breville Smart Oven Air. The price was a little heavy for my budget but so far, even though I haven't utilized all the functions, I have not been disappointed. I'm overly gleeful with each use. I just reheated pizza and it was deliciously crispy and fresh-tasting! Awesome-

We experience really hot summers and turning my oven on to bake something is not an option. Since purchasing the smart oven, I’ve been able to bake all different kinds of recipes beautifully! I was even able to fit a 13” Pullman loaf in there that came out even better than the ones I used to bake in my oven. I also baked a beautiful sourdough boule using a Dutch oven. Sold! This is worth every penny!

I needed a toaster oven to use while my kitchen was being renovated, and this one worked great. I was able to make pizzas, and decently-sized casseroles, as well as toast. The heat was even in every mode I used, and I am very happy with the performance of this oven. The cost was well worth the money I saved, not having to eat out much at all during my remodel.

love it so far! i have used the baking and air frying options and it works great! i really wanted something i could make small batches of cookies and meals with without heating up the whole house with the oven. it really works well and i can’t wait to try everything else. the only downside is that it takes up a lot of room on the counter. so be aware of the size!

Couldn't believe how handy this oven is and how well it cooks. Well worth the extra money as it will more than pay for itself.

This is a replacement of same model we have had for several years. It will bake a 13” pizza or 9 x 13 cake. Anxious to try the slow cook setting - new on this model.
