Glass heating element breaks causing a fire hazard. It cost $215 to replace, I instead took that money and purchased the Nefi CRUxGG oven as it doesn’t have the glass that can break. I bought this one because I thought the most expensive one will be best, it was not.

I had a previous model of this toaster oven that I had for over 12 years so decided to get same brand. I didn’t need the air fryer so this model was good for me. It even has been updated with a light and other improvements. Satisfied with toast bread or muffins and use for baking instead of my big oven.

I was skeptical about a toaster oven but Alton Brown likes his and I decided to try the same as his. Very happy with it, use it every day now. Toast isn’t as good as my old kitchenaid toaster. Slower and less dark than my toaster but that is my only complaint. Bakes well and even air fries! Gets hot fast and bakes very evenly. Should have done this years ago.

Been using ours for almost a full year. It's very hard to get the right heating since this device is extremely versatile with options and cooking recommendations on food packaging is always vague aside from microwave directions. But all in all it's great and we love ours.

This is my 2nd Greville oven--- after 10 years the first oven developed electronic problems and it was time to replace it. The new one is great with one problem--- the broiler tray{ 2 parts} are very poorly sized and don't fit together right-- I contacted Breville customer service and the new part is much worse than the original-- other than this I really like the new oven very much!

first found item on sale on black friday and being swayed by the price decided to do some comparing with other ovens in this category. finally decided that this is what i wanted but it was not on sale. so after waiting 3 weeks it came back on sale and i immediately purchased it. glad to say i am happy with everything this oven can do. and would recommend the Breville-the smart oven air convection toaster/pizza oven.

This item was to replace an older countertop oven. It is exactly what we wanted, and we use it daily instead of the regular oven because it generates less heat, which is especially good in these hot summer days.

Beats well, perfect addition for our kitchen. Was just what we needed.0

I admit to not using every option available as yet, but this has been a great choice for our kitchen. It is an excellent footprint on the counter, not too large or tall but very large interior capacity. The look of the exterior is very nice and well constructed, and all accessory equipment are heavy weight quality materials. To-date we are very satisfied.

This is the best all in one toaster oven we ever owned. So happy we bought it, you may think it’s expensive but it’s worth the price.

It is my first conventional, Toaster oven. My Pizza’s crust including any toppings come out outstanding. It also has more options, from Dehydrating food, baking, etc. All of the knobs, buttons are simple to use and adjust cooking times ( turning a large knob for different time adjustments ). The push button to turn on the oven light ( to take a peek at your food ).

I no longer have double ovens in my new house. This is an even better replacement! It is the perfect size and does more than a regular oven does. In fact, I will probably use my big oven less and less. It is solidly built, and I always trust the breville brand.

My toaster died, so I had a excuse to buy this Smart Oven. Clearly, it more than replaces my toaster, but I've been eyeing the Smart Oven for a while. So far, I've air-fried French fries with wonderful, tasty results. And I've used it to warm up food. I plan to bake pizza soon, and I'm confident I'll get great results as well. No regrets about buying the Breville Smart Oven.

Great toaster, roaster, pizza and many other baking & air frying oven

LOVE it.....it roasts....it broils....it toasts.....it defrosts.....it dehydrates......it bakes.....it warms...,.it reheats.....it slow cooks.....it airfry's.....there is a pizza setting.....it holds a 14lb turkey....not to mention it is a convection and a SUPER conversation oven. It's smart....sleek.....powerful and sits on the counter top nicely....you too will love it!!

Easy to use. Menu allows for specific items. I live alone and do not use the oven. Does a great job.

I'll start with the cons: It's expensive and not as well insulated as similar appliances. If you want speed and efficiency for normal baking/grilling/ect go for an induction oven which cooks things 2-3 times as fast, uses less energy, and does not heat up. Now, the pros: my other go-to is an induction-convection oven. The induction oven is extremely reliable as far as results go and so is this. This is a very large convection oven too. You could probably cook a small turkey in here with no problem. It's also more versatile. I really like the results of the air frying and, in a lot of ways, it's generally easy to use and easy to clean.

Decided to invest in this oven and was glad I did! Stove top oven stopped working for quite a while now and my sister got one of these oven. I've used only the basic functions of the oven, have yet to use the others. Make sure to look at the measurements as it does take up some counter space.

Got it home via the Muni which was quite the adventure! People aboard the bus all made positive comments about my purchase! The effort was well worth it. It fits into the planned space and works perfectly. I have only baked but the instructions are so simple I am sure I will master all aspects of the oven.
