Love this machine. Didn’t need the grinder so opted for the bambino plus. Fast heat up. Consistent espresso

Was quite easy to set up. I use it on a daily basis for my wife and I. Came from an aero press and I must say being able to steam my own milk has really upped my barista game at home. If your coffee doesn't come out the way you expect at first, double check your grind before you blame the coffee machine.

Wonderful Espresso machine. The milk froth/heater is fantastic. Wonderful instructions and just enough flexibility to truly customize your coffee. We love it. Poor Starbucks, they will definitely see a dip in sales now.

Have had this Breville Bambino Plus for some time now and still love it. Simple to use, outstanding milk frother, makes a tasty brew!!

Pros: -Easy to operate -Small footprint -Priced right -Large water tank Cons: -54mm portafilter is smaller than industry standard. Harder to find replacement parts if you want to customize your process. (only comes with pressurized baskets). -Auto milk frothing is OK for cappuccino and lattes but not great for latte art. You can froth manually though. Overall it's great for the average starbucks person who likes milk based beverages. Great starter machine that you can grow with.

We really love our espresso machine. It is very easy to use. If you can push a button, you can make great coffee drinks with this machine!

Wife is a coffee lover and loves it Gets the job done, but cleaning and upkeep is a hassle, I’m just glad I don’t have to deal with that.

After researching intro-level home espresso machines, I elected to buy the Breville Bambino Plus for its small footprint, feature set and generally positive reviews on a number of sites. I have used the machine quite a few times now to make both espresso and lattes and am happy with its performance. The espresso produced by the machine out of the box, using the included pressurized filter basket, is reasonably good. The automated milk heater/frother works well, although I will experiment with manual use to see if I can customize to my preference. I plan to get an unpressurized filter basket and see how that will work with the Bambino Plus. A number of reviews have mentioned difficulty engaging the portafilter into the group head, and the key to avoiding this problem seems to be preheating the group head by running a shot through it as suggested in the manual, after which the engagement is reasonably easy.

This is by far the most expensive espresso I've purchased. At the same time it very cool in the following, I will keep track of the shots and tell you when to clean it When it detects is not pulling the shot correctly due to calcification, it will also let you know. I mean no big deal, but I've never seen that before. It heats up in a second or two Great tasting and consistent shots You don't have to wait between shots, or between frother and shots, so if you are making coffee for the wife, it won't be cold by the time you finished both The appliance itself is the highest quality I've ever had. It put other brands to shame

I love this little machine! It has so many features that make the experience both intuitive and fun. Yes it is a bit to learn if you’ve never had an espresso machine, but the materials, videos and instructions will teach you everything you need to know quickly. It doesn’t take up much space and comes with everything you need ( except coffee).

It worked great for the first 10 cups but then the cups started to flood every time I pulled a shot. I’ve tried to descale and clean everything so I’m sure there is still things I can do. When it did right, the shots tasted great and the milk froth has stayed amazing, I use that for all milk/water. Everything is also easy to clean

Very satisfied, I put an end to my Nespresso capsule machine. The automatic frother is great although if you use it with milk below the minimum temperature will be higher than expected. Bought the non pressurized basket, only complain is that it is difficult to get any accessories like the basket or porta filter through Breville, they are rarely on stock.

First time owning a Breville. Didn't know it was this good. Absolutely love the machine.

Seems to be a good entry level Espresso machine for my wife. Like most its picky about the grind of your beans.

The best part about it is how fast it is - it warms up almost instantly after you turn it on, and the milk frother makes great foam very quickly - the automatic frothing is great, but I've also been able to make nice microfoam manually. It's easy to use as well.

This machine worked great…when it worked. 5 weeks after buying the machine it completely stopped functioning. Lights didn’t turn on, no resetting helped, just totally broken. Now 2 weeks after sending it to Breville for warranty repair I STILL don’t have a machine. So not only did it almost immediately break, there is no manufacturer support and after hours on the phone my 500 dollar machine is still missing from my counter.
