Have to mess with the he settings depending on coffee beans but that’s normal. I do wish the frothing stick was a little better but like I said great for beginners.

Since I purchased this, I use this machine everytday for last 3 month with no issues. Can make hot and cold latte and americano and I really enjoy them.

The biggest issue so far (after 4 months use) is the size of the water reservoir. I have to refill every 2 to 3 days use. They should redesign with bigger water reservoir or a an inline water hook-up.

There are lots of nuances and it may not be great for someone who just wants a quick espresso. We really enjoy all of the various options and settings though.
