This is the best purchase I ever made, I definitely 100% recommend it.

A little more than a year later, the coffee machine start leaking, now repairs are required at my own expense, since the warranty for this product is 1 year. Breville makes excellent coffee, but is upset about the quality of the product.

I bought this for my guiaba over a year ago. At first I was hesitant because of the reviews of not being able to reach the right pressure. I looked up YT videos on how to and ever since I've pulling perfect espresso. Highly recommended

The beginning can be a little bit hard to understand how it work, once you get used to work with it you will love it.

Maked good coffee when it worked. When it stops working, you might as well throw it out. I requested warranty and sent out the machine clean and spotless, I thoroughly cleaned it prior mailing it, then it came back like it was fished from a dump. Machine was wet, coffee grounds everywhere, finger prints and some white mold. I don't think im going to drink anything that came out of it. I have requested either clean it up or replace it, or i'll just dump it and kiss 600 bucks goodbye. Tip when looking for coffee machines: buy from a reputable company, maybe a company that takes pride in their products.

I’ve had this Breville espresso machine for over 30 days now and I am 100% satisfied with it. I actually haven’t been to Starbucks since I purchased it.

The Barista Express Espresso Machine is an excellent small appliance to add to my son’s coffee bar for Christmas! They are having their first child in June, so this machine will be put to good use in the summer when their son arrives! This Expresso Machine is very high end appliance and has a very classy appearance in the stainless. I would highly recommend this awesome made appliance to anyone!!!! Very pleased!

We love it, although the only inconvenience would be that it can't multi-task.

I have been using it for 6 months and only positive emotions. It works well, but you need to carefully approach the setting and read the instructions.

The Breville Barista Express is an absolute disaster. The built-in grinder, which should be the heart of any espresso machine, is so poorly made it's laughable. It's not a question of if it will fail, but when. In my case, it failed repeatedly, even after two separate repairs. This isn't just inconvenient; it's unacceptable for a machine that's supposed to be "barista-grade." What's worse is Breville's non-existent customer service. They seem to think it's okay to sell a faulty product and then ignore customers when it inevitably breaks down - which has happened multiple times but the companies 'customer service' refuses to do anything!! In order to get service they require you first clean the machine (which requires fully disassembling it, vacuuming every nook/cranny, and running a LOT of coffee beans through the grinder for testing) before they'll set up "service" (which today, the agent told me all they'll do is clean it - they wont replace parts!) Keep in mind this issue started within the first year I owned it! I've been left with a useless, expensive hunk of metal on my countertop, and Breville couldn't care less!! In short, the Barista Express is a complete waste of money! You might be thinking to yourself "oh its the holidays Its on sale" but dont waste your money!! Instead, save up for a couple of years and buy an actual Barista Grade machine from another company. This one is a poorly designed product from a company that doesn't stand behind it. Save yourself the headache and avoid Breville altogether!!

I utilize this machine everyday! First thing everyone notices is when I prepare coffee is how smooth the coffee is. I enjoy it!
