Makes an awesome cup of espresso and doesn't take up too much space. Integrated grinders are super useful to have for maintaining consistency each time you use it. Can't steam milk and pull a shot at the same time but at this price I can't ask for anything more.

Truly does make great coffee! Settings allow you to dial in the flavor to your personal desired profile (of course, the beans you use are important too). You don't have to be a professional barista to figure this one out. It does take a little more time to make your coffee in the morning than if you were to use a Keurig. Overall, it's fairly easy to clean and it provides the ability to make more types of coffee drinks with the proper textures and ratios of ingredients. We've had our Breville for about 9 months with no issues or real signs of wear so far. The Stainless Steel version also looks good on the counter. Everyone who has been over and tried the coffee has commented on how good it is. If the price doesn't scare you away, it's totally worth it!

This machine is fairly user friendly and beginner ready, but watching tutorials helps a lot! The Breville will allow you to skip your morning coffee run, and make your morning latte or cappuccino in your pjs. It is so easy to maintain and easy to clean, especially with the pull out tray. The grinder works flawlessly allowing you to dial in to your desired taste. Breville’s milk frother whispers and tears paper in your favorite milk for adequate paint texture and consistency. Better than any Starbucks given a quality bean in the machine.

This machine is easy to use and makes coffeehouse-level lattes, espressos and americanos.....instead of spending $5 each time you hit starbucks, just save it up and buy this machine. Pros: has a pressure meter. Easy to clean. Large reservoir. Very solid construction.Built-in grinder is convenient Cons: quite noisy.

I was looking for an upgrade on a home espresso machine that made drinks like at coffee shop and this here is an excellent machine for that! Totally a money saver on the long run and i can make my drinks how i like them in minutes! Super convenient and easy to use.

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas and they absolutely love it. They say it works great and so easy to use. They also said the drinks are delicious.

The espresso maker is great! It will take some time to make adjustments to get the correct pressure to your liking but the directions help with making those adjustments. I wish they provided a better tamp but it works.

This Breville is a game changer for my wife. She’s able to curate her coffee to her moods easily. Make many types of coffee without it tasting like poo. Pricey but well worth it.

This machine was the best investment I’ve ever made. The directions are straight forward and the machine is very easy to use. Every morning when you take your time to make a beautiful latte you truly begin to appreciate the art in coffee making. Coming from an ex barista, this tastes exactly like what you buy at a coffee shop. So worth it!

If you are a daily espresso drinker like myself, you absolutely must purchase this machine. It makes better espresso than any other coffee shop I've had, and will save you hundreds of dollars a month. It's easy to use and has been extremely reliable in the two years I've owned it. I'll never buy coffee from a coffee shop again!

This machine is worth it. It is my first espresso machine and it didn’t take very long to figure out the grinder or how to pull a shot. It’s easy to keep clean and maintain using the instructions provide by Breville. I love making my lattes at home and I think they taste better then going to a cafe. It comes with everything you need to get started. I don’t think it’s that loud consider what it is doing and it only takes a few minutes to grind and pull a shot.

Fantastic espresso machine. You get your grinder (with adjustable dosage, and two dials to change the coarseness - the second adjustment is directly inside the grinder), pump, steam wand, hot water spout and a nice tamper all in one machine!

Good expresso very easily, easy to clean and has not given any trouble

This espresso machine is superb considering its price point and the features it delivers. It produces exquisite coffee and it is very easy to manage and also easy to clean. Furthermore it gives your kitchen a very elegant touch and it looks very beautiful.

My wife and I had been using a De'Longhi basic espresso maker for years. We then tried to get one that was similar to this Breville, it was difficult to get started and kept starting up in descale mode. We returned it and bought the Breville express and couldn't be happier. This was easy to set up and get started. The built in grinder is easy to use and has 10 different settings for thickness. Very clean looking and makes deliciously strong espresso!

I first encountered this device while staying with friends in the Bay area. I knew I was hooked, and I resisted purchasing for three weeks after returning home - not exactly deferred gratification. But as with other Breville products that I have, this machine is quite wonderful and thoughtfully engineered. Granted, it takes some practice to get it right, and one does have to "fuss" like a barista with the preparation, however I find it fun, and I am totally in to it knowing the superb result that awaits me. Up until this purchase, I had been using a Nespresso machine, however, I just do not like their coffee: like Starbucks I find it too bitter. The availability of having fresh ground coffee, the ability to use beans of my choice, the steamer wand - all in one unit is just terrific. And the price point is attainable for this retiree. I can only highly recommend it if you are a coffee demon like myself. BTW, there are plenty of Utube videos available on line that offer excellent instructions and advice specifically directed to the Breville. So I say, go for it especially if you are at all interested. I bought mine at Best Buy knowing that I could return it if was not to my liking. Fortunately, it's become part of my morning ritual. I find myself now savoring my cuppa much slower in order to enjoy the great flavor and taste of my brew. Life is too short to not prepare my cup of ambition any other way.
