For a single machine that grinds, brews espresso and froths milk all in one, the Breville Barista Express is a top pick, especially when you can find it at Best Buy with strong reviews and reliable return & price match options

If you’re spending 200 a month on coffee highly recommend buying this ! 1 it’ll save you money 2 it’ll become a hobby 3 if you’re a person that likes routines this is perfect for you , nothing beats the coffee smell , it is going to take some getting use to but once you get the hang of it it’s life changing ! Best purchase I’ve made in years I use it everyday worth every penny

Great quality if you take the time to learn how to use it. It may take a few tries at first, but you can dial it in within the first couple of times using it.

So I originally bought the Brim but had to return it because it wouldn’t make more than 2 espresso drinks at once. So I carefully considered this purchase because it was a bit more money than I wanted to spend. However, I’m glad I did, keep in Mind I’ve only had it two days so far but I’m in love! Grinder is heavy duty and well built, the machine works like a dream, wasn’t much of a learning curve at all and I’ve never owned an espresso machine before. Just read directions, watch a video, and my coffee came out perfect on the first shot. We wanted a bit more volumne of coffee so we programmed the single and double shot to dispense just a bit more. This machine is great, I’m so glad I made the purchase.

I love this espresso machine. I was easily able to adjust the grinder; internal and external adjustment. I often pull great shots of espresso as a novice espresso machine user.
The steam wand does a great job, but sometimes the steam shuts off while I'm trying to use it. It seems like the compressor stops for some reason. This happens when I switch between purging the water within the steam wand, switching the steam to off, switching the steam back on and putting the wand into the cup.

Having owned an "el cheapo" espresso machine before this was a giant leap because it's certainly a lot more expensive and a hard decision to make. For good espresso you need both a good coffee grinder and a good espresso machine that can handle the bar pressure needed to get that crema out of the coffee.
This machine does both and I feel that I did a good decision in trying it.
If you are an experienced espresso coffee maker, this should be easy, but a semi-newbie like me, it took some time to get it right where I like it.
Don't expect to make your perfect espresso at the first try!! You will need to play with the machine's adjustments to make your coffee as it should be.
I do hate the fact that to get the proper amount of grind, it will build a mountain and overflow. Apparently that's normal, but you can also do it two steps if you want and DON'T skimp on the amount of coffee you must put in there or you won't get the results you need.
Love the fact that it comes with a tamper already. The steamer works great and easy to clean if you do it right away!!.
Watch videos, over and over, to learn the what to do and not do.
I use the Starbucks Espresso (white bad) coffee bean and the Italian Roast (brown bag) which are both my favorite.
Expect small amount of coffee, not a cup full. it is an espresso and very concentrated.
I would recommend this machine for the step up or anyone who loves Americanos, lattes, straight espresso, etc...
It simplifies the need for an additional grinder where you should spend at least $200-$300 anyway.
So if you've been waiting to make that decision, do it. I don't regret it so far since I now have it for a month. Noise level is reasonable as you would expect from a coffee grinder.
Ok... time for coffee now that I've talked about it

Machine is very user friendly, but I am shooting myself in the foot for not purchasing the dual boiler machine instead. The steam wand is very good, but tend to be a bit slow. The espresso quality is fantastic if you use fresh beans. The water reservoir is a bit small. The machine is very compact, relatively quiet and stays very cool compared to competitors.

I’ve been extremely satisfied with this machine, only had it a month, but it’s made a lot of espresso thus far. The learning curve is fairly simple. It’ll pay for itself in no time, finally happy with espresso at home!

I had diferente espresso machines brands before and after some time using it the machine just gave out. I am very happy with this one and it’s been working great and I brew twice a day, had friends over one day and they loved the taste of the coffee that this machine can brew. I am not gonna lie but there’s some tricks to brew the “perfect” coffee, a couple of adjustments here and there but it’s well worth it. I am still learning how to froth the milk so I can start doing some latte art ;).

I’ve been using this espresso machine for about 2 months, mostly for daily morning coffee. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants café-style espresso at home without complicated settings.

After years of wasted coffee, I finally decided to get my husband this machine for his birthday. Man we love it. Super simple to use once you get your find amount down and how fine it needs to be you are food to go and make your own espresso in the morning. We will never go back to traditional coffee pots. This is so much better I’m saving money on not buying creamer or throwing out cold not drank coffee I’m the morning. It taste amazing and I’m so happy with this purchase. I’m not barista I watched a lot of YouTube videos to help me out in milk frothing and using the machine, still have a lot to learn. But overall I’m way satisfied with this purchase.
