Excellent machine! My homemade brew is better than what I can get at the store.

Bought it as a gift for my espresso loving boyfriend. Worth every penny. Pros: bean hopper, easy to use, looks great Cons: nothing. You just have to play around with it to get used to the correct pressure when packing the coffee grounds in the handle to get to the ideal espresso making range. They say to pack it 30-40 lbs of pressure but you can easily too hard. Comes with time and use. Perfect for everyday use but you can easily run a small coffee shop with it.

I have no complaints on this machine, I’m very satisfied with it and I highly recommend it. If you are new to espresso, like I am, I just advice you to watch videos on dialing your machine for the perfect espresso, this is what takes time, but there is plenty of information online. If you don’t have the patience or desire to learn, then I suggest you stick to a regular coffee maker or French press. The other thing is to try different coffees, I believe not all coffees are good for espresso. I’m learning how to do cappuccino and it’s a bit more advance, it’s just technique you need to get right with steaming the milk, but this machine has it all. My go to coffee right now is Americano, I like to drink a lot of coffee, so you have many options, even cocktails like the Espresso Martini. Enjoy

I wish I purchased this machine years ago. I went through every machine under $200 in the past few years and wish I bit the bullet and bought this sooner. Easy to use, easy to clean, and excellent coffee

I was a little nervous getting this one but after a couple of tries, it’s actually a lot simpler than you may think. And my coffee has never tasted better with this expresso machine.

I toyed with the idea of getting one of these for a while. I gave in after a recent trip to Europe where I'd experienced the pleasure of daily strong coffee and cappuccino. I read the reviews and was concerned that it would be too much work to be something I'd bother with but I find that adding it to my morning routine is a pleasure and the reward is oh so wonderful. I use whole beans and have started to experiment with brands. My wife is now also enjoying a cappuccino with me from time to time and playing the barista for her is fun. I must say that watching tips and videos on Youtube helped a lot. My first cup based on written instructions didn't go so great. Seeing people use it in video format makes a huge difference.

Great product, results delicious. I would recommend this product to any coffee loving person. So easy to use. Purchased this product to bring to my home in South America cause this machine is hard to find and much more expensive. Quality from USA merchandise cannot compete with products from other sources.

Wonderful machine. My second one. I had to replace the last one due to a flood. Makes the most authentic shots of espresso. So easy my teen uses it and I purchased one for my daughters house.

Perfect espresso machine for the home. Take the time to watch setup videos on youtube to learn how to weigh, and program your machine to pull the best shots. Once you do that you'll be making great coffee drinks for you and all your family and friends.

Loving this espresso machince! There was some user error with the first couple of uses but the directions are specific and easy to follow making it a stress free experience. I am obsesssd with the quailty of the shot, the ease of use, and the swift processing. My only complaints is that theres no warning for the water level on the tank, and the bouyant meter for the water accumlater never seems to float depsite how full it gets.

I researched quite a bit before buying a nice espresso machine. This one has lived up to the expectations. It makes a delicious espresso and it’s easy to use. The grinder makes a huge difference for an even better result

This is a great machine we have purchased several over the last few years and they haven’t held up. This one works will and you can make a lot of coffee and tea drinks. We especially like the way it looks with are other appliances. Greta product!!

this machine is quite easy to use. Really makes good crema. The built in grinder is a plus. Make sure you use fresh coffee beans that are freshly ground for a wonderful coffee experience. This machine pays for itself in a year or to instead of buying your lattes and cappuccinos at the coffee shop
