Bought this for my wife this Christmas. She was a barista many moons ago and loves using it. The only downfall is our caffeine addiction has gone through the roof. I could barely type this review I am shaking so bad. Kinda like a Chihuahua. If you are thinking of getting one just put it in the cart and go. You won't be disappointed. No I am not being paid by Best Buy to say this, but if the CEO sees this I am open to the idea ;)

This is sooo great and worth it!! If you love lattes and cappuccino and always drink coffee out, this will save you tons in the long run. Makes great coffee and very easy to use! Would recommend!

I have been buying espresso drinks for decades and it got to the point where getting a properly made drink from the major coffee bars was a crap shoot. The final straw was being charged an extra $1.75 for oat milk and 50 cents for a spritz of whipped cream from my local cafes. I then went on a search for my own espresso machine and my research led me to this one. I could not be happier. I read the manual and within a few minutes I was making high quality espresso with a rich crema. It does not have a double boiler, so you can’t make espresso and steam milk simultaneously (but how many people really do that?). But when switched to steam, it works great. It is a high quality, uncomplicated machine which I couldn’t recommend more.

My previous Breville gave out after over 10 years. I read the reviews and was concerned by the one star reviews, thinking that the machine may have changed. I ordered anyway and it is the same great machine that I bought over 10 years ago with some improvements making it easier to use.

No words can describe this incredible product. So easy to use, even for beginners. Exchanged the Keurig for this machine and they literally do not compare. This machine has exceeded my expectations!!

Good product but took a little bit to learn how to use properly. This machine allows you to grind beans, make espresso and steam the milk all in one. Overall glad we got it and took the time to learn.

I recently came back from a trip to Italy and I fell in love with the espressos and coffee there so I realized I could have some back home. I always thought it is difficult to make espressos but there are plenty of youtube videos which makes it easier. The product is great quality and loves amazing in our kitchen. Absolutely recommend to anyone who likes coffee.

I purchased a $100 espresso machine from Costco and used it every day, often several times a day. It broke within two months. Realizing that we needed a heavy duty machine, I did a better job of researching the next purchase. It was difficult to cough up $800 bucks for this machine, but I wanted something that was going to last and deliver an excellent coffee consistently even with heavy use. I paid an extra $70 for the two year warranty, which I honestly am unsure of. Apparently it runs consecutively with the manufacturers warranty, so you are really paying $70 for one extra year. However, I want to make sure that if it breaks, I'll be able to get another machine, or get my money back. The coffee is awesome! Starbucks can't hold a candle to it!

Keeping this part short, I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to making espresso. But all I had to do was watch a quick YouTube video on setting it up, and next thing I knew I was pouring shots. Of course also depends on what beans you buy, and if you prepare the coffee puck properly, but this machine really helps create some phenomenal espresso. Especially for someone that is coming from instant coffee and Starbucks. It is a big difference.

After tons of research, and comparing price to functionality, this Breville won the race, I have had a Saeco Super-Automatic ($1500). It lasted for 4 years before dying and cleaning it was a nightmare, The extra expense to pull a shot of espresso, verses loading your own and pulling it does not seem to justify the high price of the Super Automatics. I have had this machine for 2 weeks and love it! The quality of the machine, the attention to detail, and easy cleanup puts this device on the top of my best purchases. I have made cappuccinos, flat whites, lungos, chocolate caramel lattes, At least 4 Americanos daily... Check out Seattle Coffee Gear's YouTube review on this product - They helped me decide.

This is very good espresso machine and my recommendation for it. It is very easy to make coffees and this machine makes very tasty coffee.

Love this machine! Major upgrade from the one we had. Makes delicious espresso, we even like them better than Starbucks coffee. Very practical and easy to use. To my surprise upon registering the product we received a box full of accessories, mugs, scale, espresso glass shots, all the works to get us going. Definitely worth the investment.

Been using it multiple times a day for the past month. Once set, its easy to use and clean. Quick, good tasting espresso that will save us money in the long run hopefully!
