Bought it for my wife for Xmas as she wanted a machine like this for a while. Not very cheap but the quality is very good. The built in grinder is a must.

Love this espresso machine. We used it multiple times a day. It makes a consistent brew. Just make sure you follow the descaling schedule. Would recommend.

This was our first espresso machine transitioning from a traditional drip coffee maker. Now I can't imagine going back to regular coffee makers. Breville really thought of everything with this machine, from the bean grinder to the steamer. Honestly, this is a great investment. It's also easy to clean and doesn't take up too much counter space.

This espresso machine is high quality and easy to use once you get the hang of it. It texturizes the mild so you can make lattes and cappuccinos.

Cannot say how happy I am with this purchase. The grinder is just and added bonus. Excellent build, easy to use, can't complain.

Love how simple it is to use. Makes great espresso - and didn't take us long to play with the different programs to get the perfect brew. It looks great too! And is easy to clean.

It a no brainer— when you do the math as i did, i would spend five dollars a day seven days a week 365 days a year— this machine paid itself off in months. It heats up very fast- pulls great shots and the steam wand keeps up. As a former barista of many years— this one holds its ground against the la marzocco I’m saving up for. Don’t hesitate— this is a solid device that holds up and looks great on the counter

This espresso machine is amazing. Pours perfect espresso every time and is very convenient with its built in grinder. The built in hot water is a plus as well

I absolutely love this espresso machine!!! I use it almost every day. Really easy to use and clean up. I even use it if I'm not making espresso like to steam milk for a cup of hot chocolate :)

My wife and I love this machine. Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to care for. It makes really good drinks, and they improve as we improve our methods. We mainly use it for making lattes, but also really like the hot water spout for making a quick cup of tea. The price point may be a little high. Catch it on an occasional $100 off sale if you can, I wish I had.

Decided to upgrade to the machine with the integrated grinder. Makes great espresso at reasonable cost. When it is time to replace will go back to the one without grinder and buy a 2nd grinder for espresso. While this one is convenient, it increases size of machine quite a bit and due to overflow wastes a lot of coffee.

I agree with the other reviewers that it takes a bit of time to dial in what you like, but I actually think that's what makes this a good investment. And the coffee that comes from experimenting is still excellent; I worried that it would undrinkable when I read that people needed to figure out how to dial in the perfect settings, but if anything, it teaches you the subtleties in flavor and boldness. Have fun!
