The machine is so awesome, but honestly it’s very very hard to get the right settings for the coffee to not come out bitter so it’s like a love and hate review like I think it would be awesome if I would get them Settings right for a good cup of coffee, but I’ve had it ready for two weeks and I still can’t get it so it’s a little frustrating. I’m hoping to get it soon. I’ve tried multiple different kinds of coffees beans

The grinder and espresso combination is a perfect match. The grinder is of great quality and offers a large variation on grind. The espresso is perfect once you get the grind dialed in. I don’t usually froth milk but when I do the cup made is better than any coffee shop. This machine will help you avoid wasting $5 on a cup of coffee every day. If you combine it with great quality coffee bean, there is nothing better.

Everything you need for a coffee in one machine, i love it honestly. Not complimented to use and i have the luxury of making my own fancy coffees right at home.

Pricey but so worth it!! I buy whole beans from Whole Foods & can make myself my favorite drinks!! Very easy way I saved a lot of money drinking coffee out & became more sustainable by limiting the disposable cups!

Takes a few tries to calibrate grind level and and grind amount, but once you figure that out your making coffee and quickly. Just as good as the coffee house. Payback on this machine will be immediate, though expect to spend another $100 or so on accessories, coffee, flavors, etc. If youre able and love coffee, this is the machine!

I bought this machine 8 months ago . It worked great at first. Then the machine went complelty down hil, I noticed the floor became strange & then I found metal shards in my espresso grind. Disgusting & very dangerous after taking with costumer service. I took off the grinder cap & found the metal part has been breaking apart( I’m not sure how long which is scary as well) I’ve only ever used high quiltly regular whole beans. I stopped using the grinder & after 2 weeks, the epresso pressure machine no longer works. It’s a 700 $ machine that only lasted 9 months & has a serious defect putting metal into the coffee grounds. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks dealing with customer service via email & phone calls. It’s been a horrible exp. After doing every video & update for them. They have not come up with a replacement & never sent any kind of repair email.( I’ve called & emailed again) & nothing in regards to the repair. It’s under a 2 year warranty. They have been a nightmare tondela with and have not honored the warranty and come up with no solution for a dangerously defective product. I now have to review to find a solution. If de long I go can email directly back. I’m on the phone with costumer service for the 10th time. I need a replacement or way to send in for repair

If you’re not used to this kind of coffee machine, it might take a little time to get the hang of it, but once you do, it’s very enjoyable.

It took a bit to figure out the settings, but I love the quality of the coffee this machine produces. I did by a larger pitcher to improve the microfoam in my morning cappuccinos.

Love this espresso machine. There’s a video to walk you thru the assembly of it. Very easy to learn how to use it. Can definitely taste the difference.

This is soo easy to use and brews the perfect espresso everytime. Im a tea lover while my wife is a coffee lover. Regardless we get amazing lattes no matter what we love. At first the price kinda scared me but it has been worth every penny!

This totally changed my coffee addiction. It is really improving your barista skills on one hand and your addiction on the other. You can create wide range variety of espresso based drinks as you want. The best part is it has single and dual layer espresso pods for brewing which enable you to brew your coffee with different grind size. Also no need to have a grinder attached, which enables you to grind fresh coffee all the time. I highly recommend you to buy and enjoy :)

I have looked at this machine for quite a while. I am glad I finally gave in and bought it. Do I still get coffee out? Yes of course, but it’s wonderful when you want a good cup of coffee at home. It took a few grinds to get the settings correct but get it, you won’t be disappointed.

Have had this for about a month. So far I am loving it. There is definitely a learning curve so you have to be patient but overall I love it. Really great quality espresso machine.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! Don’t let the price scare you away, it’s well worth it! It’ll take a while before you learn how make an awesome cup of joe. But don’t be disappointed, you’ll still be able to get a decent cup of coffee! I haven’t been to Starbucks since I bought this machine and I’ve saved well over a thousand dollar. Give it a try, you won’t regret it

Great quality and beautiful design. You can customize your espresso drinks to your taste. It is a great machine for those like me who wants to learn how to make different coffee drinks. It requires some education to use and maintain properly, but there are a lot of documentation and videos online from the manufacturer and from customers.

This machine is wonderful. It definitely takes some time and patience to dial it in. But once you figure it out, Starbucks or your go to coffee shop will be the thing of the past. I do recommend fresh beans from your local sourced coffee shop and manual dosing rather than store bought beans straight into the hopper and the machine doing the dosing for double shots. This machine is worth it for all the coffee I would be drinking out!
