Very good machine. It takes a few weeks to get used to and find the correct running for your espresso. Once you feel comfortable is no turning back to any other machine. Maintenance is basic and affordable. I had only one situation in which the steamer did work but is was solve after a clean up cycle.

it looks intimidating, but its not. The manual is boring and drab, but go on YouTube and watch the videos from Breville or from the several reviewers from other coffee places. We use this in a small restaurant and like having fresh whole espresso beans that get grounded by the machine (major reason for choosing this one), and our lunch customers have greatly enjoyed the new machine too.

this is a great product and is worth every penny x2. it is fast efficient and produces some awsome espresso. if i had to buy it again i would no doubt. all you have to do is periodically clean and change the water filter. Enjoy

We bought this espresso maker because we wanted to enjoy lattes and espressos like we’ve had in Europe. So far so good and highly recommended! Be patient in learning to froth your milk. When you get it right, you will be in for a treat!

Fantastic! I absolutely enjoyed my coffee machine.

While it's not as good commercial machine costing many thousands more I've used in the past. This is the best personal machine I've had. Be sure to use the frothier as instructed. I also found it better to run some hot water before operating the frothier. I have not used the grinder extensively yet.

Excellent and rightfully popular! Used daily - multiple times per day - since purchase and it's going as strong as it was on Day 1. Impressive little espresso maker with great quality results.

Great machine, does delicious coffee. However o-ring broke down after a year of use, fixed it then the grouphead screws came loose after another year and had to fix that again myself because out of warranty and if you send it to be fixed, costs way too much.

Was a Father's Day gift from my family. Works exceptionally well with high quality true espresso's consistently. Did have to play with the grind amount and fineness but found a good combination within a few days. Saving money from not going out for my espressos and lattes!

This machine makes good espresso. It took quite a bit of trial and error to figure it out but its not overly complicated.

Bought for Christmas. My husband loves it and uses daily. There is a little bit of a learning curve but with YouTube you’ll have no problem

Excellent extraction, grinder and milk frothing spout.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with my espresso machine. I love the fact that this machine has a hopper so you want have to buy a grinder (to take up more space in your kitchen). I use to be a barista/coffee master at Starbucks and for me to say its amazing is a good thing.
