This was our first espresso machine and I was nervous about buying it and not being able to understand it but it wasn't a problem at all! The directions walk you through the start up process and clearly shows you the steps you take to make espresso. Have already referred it to friends.

Love it so far. Just need to get more experience making some of those lattes.

I wanted a good espresso maker, as the Starbucks and coffee house runs were getting expensive and required a trip from home. I am thouroughly impressed with the espresso maker, only wish I could make larger espressos at one time. An excellent product and well worth the money.

Was my dream to have my espresso machine at home but sadly the grinder was bad i tried to deal with it and manage and then the milk steamer stopped working. I just had to do a complete refund and it’s sucks and I’m sad about it
