Fantastic espresso machine. It was easy to set up and pretty easy to use after a little practice.

Hate paying Coffee companies $6.00 for a cup. Make one yourself on this delish machine. Milk or water coffee is always fresh in minutes.

Get the protection plan!! When it is not broken and the grind setting and amount are correct and the pump gets the right amount of water, it makes great expresso! During the first 2 months you have a 60% - 70% chance of getting good expresso. My first unit broke after 4 months (pump quit working). Fortunately had the best buy protection plan and the store took it back and gave me a replacement off the shelf! The replacement (a brand new unit) lasted for 2 months before the pump and then the grinder broke. Tried working with the breville customer support who had me extensively disassemble the unit in an unsuccessful repair attempt. Back to Best Buy who, with this wonderful protection plan, promptly replaced it with a 3rd new unit from the shelf. I believe I have a 1-year protection plan and am just planning on having to swap it out at best buy every 2 or 3 months until they declare enough. At which point I will try a different company. This is my first experience with Breville and after what I expect to be 3 more replacement units, will be my last. I do wonder how the people who have left positive reviews feel 3 or 4 months later. I am using my machine twice a day on average.

Good coffee. Takes practice to fine tune coffee maker to your tastes. But once you do, great coffee.

Better than expected!!! And I am so very glad I didn't get the Oracle...perhaps is too over the top... This does the job and looks great as well.

Love it! Easy to use. Flavorful cappuccinos, etc. great foaming. Just have to work on my designs!

I’ve found nothing but great things about my Breville, while it can be a bit complicated to learn and master, once you got it set you will be enjoying great Lattes daily!! This product comes with lots of accessories and has the cleaning kit storage behind the water drip basket.
