||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite the fact that I calibrated it and used the same coffee beans, automatic tamper, coffee distributor the machine does not always give the same amount of liquid coffee, one day after 8 or 10 attempts I finally left it calibrated and the next day it is totally decalibrated, it has been a frustration and a waste of coffee that I am thinking of returning it, I thought it would be fun to make my own espressos but it has only been frustrating

I just want to push the button and get my espresso .but I bought my grandson one and he gave it 5 stars easily.

Great espresso machine

Make sure to watch some howto videos before judging the quality of the espresso. All beans are different and require a different touch. It’s a learning curve.

The wife and I don't even need to add any type of flavored syrups like we did at Starbucks and our little coffee shop down the street. Takes a couple times to get the pressure right, but now we got it! The only complaint I have is the steam wand seems to be a little inconsistent with pressure which we have learned to deal with and don't mind anymore. All and all we love the machine and enjoy lattes whenever we want and no longer have to deal with long lines in the morning.

It started to leak after 6 months and they say don't bring it back to BestBuy, call Breville. I opened a case 2 weeks ago and got an automated reply that I would get a response within 2 days. Nothing since. No updated on the portal. Calling them gets routed to an automated callback system due to "system issues" and they never call back. Google this, this same issue has been going on for over a year. Breville do not honor any warranties. Now I need to go through my credit card to look for a refund there.
